Returning an item
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind/no longer need the item(s), you can opt to return the product for a refund or exchange.
Please note the terms and conditions below while returning an item:
Right to Cancel
1.1 You can cancel your order within 30 days from the day of receiving the order.
1.2 If you want to cancel your order, inform us about the order cancellation via email. You can either reply to the email that we sent you or use the Contact Form here.
1.3 If the auto parts have already been received, return them to us in their original condition and packaging. Please note that the customers will be responsible for the expenses of returning the goods.
1.4 The full cost of the goods will be refunded by us, including any standard delivery charges, within 30 days of receiving the goods from you.
1.5 We reserve the right to deduct a handling charge/cost from the issued refund in case of receiving damaged goods or those that are in non-resaleable condition.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
2.1 If you have received faulty or damaged goods, kindly contact us as soon as possible.
2.2 In the above-mentioned case, kindly send us photographic evidence of the fault or damage.
2.3 If the goods are faulty or damaged, or if a wrong item has been sent to you, we will offer a refund or exchange which will include the cost of returning the goods.
While most items offered for sale on this website are dispatched direct from the supplier/manufacturer on our behalf, all returns need to go back to our Birmingham warehouse (unless advised otherwise).

How best to buy return postage?
We recommend using some kind of tracked or signed-for service when returning the items to us. This will offer the required protection if the parcel gets lost or damaged in transit.
Small, low-value, lightweight items can be returned with Royal Mail, you can post returns at a local Post Office. You can also buy postage labels online using Royal Mail’s Click And Drop service. In other areas of the UK, they might collect a small fee from you, in case you are unable to drop off at a Post Office or Customer Service Point at a local delivery office. There’s also no need to pay extra for Special Delivery or 1st Class services, Tracked 48 or 48 Signed For will suffice.
When it comes to larger items over 2kg in weight, you will get stung by Royal Mail and the Post Office, as they will only offer Parcelforce services, which will be considerably more expensive.
These will offer you a fully tracked service, and in some cases are considerably cheaper than Royal Mail. The likes of ParcelHero and Parcel2Go also give consumers access to premium courier services at discounted rates, and parcels and packages can either be dropped off at a pickup point, or collected from your address.
In conclusion, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the returned unwanted items are in good condition and fit for resale. Hence, kindly ensure that any item being returned for a refund is packed well to avoid any damage!
